Brendan Ross on May 21, 2021 at 4:30PM EST

This week’s Friday Forum was presented by Brendan Ross who is a 3rd year medical student at McGill and who is presently on a Fulbright Scholarship in Taiwan.

His talk was about Dr. Norman Bethune. Dr. Bethune is one of Canada’s most interesting surgeons who championed universal health care in a time in which it was not popular, fought in the Spanish Civil War and against the Japanese in China where he died.

Attached below is a short bio of Brendan Ross and an abstract for his presentation.

A recording of this talk is not presently available. Please check back in a few days.
