About a dozen high school students from Waskaganish, a Cree community in northern Quebec, visited The Neuro on Friday to learn about brain research, as well as future educational and career opportunities.
They toured the Center for Neurological Disease Models and the Neurosurgery Simulation Center, where they got to try their hand at being neurosurgeons for the afternoon.
